What is Pediatric Occupational Therapy?

The birth of a child is a miraculous moment in a parent's life. Parents quickly become reporters of their baby's first smile, first sounds and first movements. When a child does not develop age appropriate skills, parents naturally become concerned. Pediatric Occupational Therapy can enhance and promote your child's potential for milestone achievement. We help children become successful in the many "jobs" of childhood, including play, self-care, school performance and social interaction.
